Sky talk has been suspended my outgoing calls due to high international call volumes. I have regular high international call usage when I am in this country, but never before have my calls been restricted which are regularly higher than now!! I have had my sky account...

Sky has told that their Sagem routers were faulty, but does not want to send a new router. the first customer agent told that they will send it, but i have received after a week a cd [for modem installation] and the next week, the same tests done with another...

when i took out a sky package which included sky+ tv...sky talk..plus free sky broadband there was never any known restriction on how much broadband (usage)you were allowed...in the interim they just wanted to get people to sign up for as many packages as they could...
